adequate but flawed stay
useful pool towelsmissing ironunstocked facilities
the provided pool towels were quite useful for beach trips.
the lack of an iron in the room was inconvenient i had to request one from reception and wait for its return the gym charging a fee of €6 per person per day for hotel guests seemed excessive for a hotel of this supposed caliber the tea and coffee facilities were also not consistently replenished which was a letdown.

I enjoyed my visit! The breakfast buffet had so much choice! Everything tasted hot and delicious! The rooms are beautiful! The hotel location is perfect! It is close to everything! It's near the beach with easy access from the hotel.
The lifeguard shouted at my daughter! She had a ring in the big pool. He told her to remove it. It was an absolute joke!

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower! The beds have comfortable mattress. There is a large balcony with furniture. The decor features modern, stylish elements.

Shops, bars, and restaurants are right outside the facility. Taxis park opposite the hotel. It is very easy to reach other parts of Tenerife. The hotel is near to the beach.

The staff was super cute. Jose greeted me right at the door! the rooms are beautifully done, and everything felt so comfy (especially the bed!). i loved that the hotel has direct beach access and provides complementary towels for the pool. i'll definitely be back!
I wish the hotel had better gym access. Charging extra for it felt a bit much for a hotel of this standard. it would be amazing if gym use was included!

the hotel offers a large pool area with ample loungers. there is convenient beach access right from the hotel. the cleanliness throughout the facilities is really noticeable and adds to the appeal.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, they immediately address any need. housekeepers keep the rooms pristine and were prompt with requests (extra towels, anyone?). i felt well taken care of .

The room i had included a spacious layout (perfect for spreading out!). the pool was great with free towel service. That was useful.
the gym wasn't included in the price, if you weren't all inclusive. it was a shame, especially when i paid extra for a nicer hotel. each morning i was woken up from 7am onwards with doors banging, staff talking loudly and creaky windows (i am a light sleeper!).

The location is great! It's near the beach and shops.
The reception staff acted rudely. They did not acknowledge me when I was right in front of them. The constant noise of people in the corridors was a problem. It is beyond me why they have not sound proofed these rooms!
